Do you ship internationally?

Orders & Returns

What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges. As a food manufacturer, we cannot accept product returns once they have left our facility. Buyer shall inspect Products upon delivery and shall give written notice specifying any non-conformance within five (5) days following delivery. If you are unhappy with your order, please email orders@ggranola.com, and we will work to find a resolution to the problem.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status by logging into your account and visiting the Orders section.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it. Please email orders@ggranola.com as soon as possible if you need assistance.
